Visualizing with Technology

I love for schools to embrace the advancements of technology. By the time I left high school, every classroom had a smart board. Teachers were beginning to rely on Facebook pages and podcasts more and more. I think it's truly amazing! I grew up with computers, so it's logical that using them in the classroom would be helpful for me. My future students will have relied on technology even more so than I did (if that's even possible), so keeping their attention by integrating what keeps them entertained is the best way to go. I am very ready to work with technology in my classroom.

Learning with technology is honestly the easiest way for me to learn. My experience with online classes this summer has truly been an eye opener. I have used some online classroom tools before, such as MyMathLab, but this was my first time being completely online. Videos, podcasts, presentations are just easier to learn from. Waiting for other student's questions to be answered can get tiresome. Visualizing technology in the classroom has made my learning experience absolutely amazing.
